Gigi Hadid and Zayn Malik's relationship status accidentally revealed by sister Bella

Model Bella Hadid gave away the status of sister Gigi Hadid's relationship with Zayn Malik as she shared a touching post on Instagram.

The 27-year-old model and actress seemingly revealed her big sister Gigi and former One Direction singer Zayn are on good terms despite splitting in 2021, with the former couple clearly on good terms as they co-parent their four-year-old daughter.

Bella uploaded a snap of herself with her niece Khai as she marked the youngster's fourth birthday with an adorable caption. She wrote: "Happy Birthday to my most favourite sweet generous spirited perfect angel bean auntie loves you more than all of the birds in the sky and all of the sand on the beaches."

She then added a special mention to her niece's parents writing: "CC @gigihadid x @zayn my favourite collab thank you from the bottom of my heart." The photo accompanying the text showed her and Khai smiling at one another as they sat on the back of a pick-up truck.

Bella's post comes after Zayn's fans were left in disbelief as he shared a mega-rare update. The musician who rarely gives insights into his personal life took to social media to share a milestone with his followers. But while fans were left gushing over the update, some were shocked by it.

Zayn, 31, took to his Instagram page to post an adorable snap of himself and his daughter Khai, who he shares with his ex-girlfriend, Gigi. But fans couldn't believe it as Zayn revealed his daughter was celebrating her fourth birthday. Posing on a beach as they gazed out over the horizon, Khai wrapped her arm around her famous dad who clung to her for the adorable snap. Captioning his post, Bradford-born Malik stated that Khai was the "most important" person to him.

He wrote: "Happy birthday to the most important person in my life, I love you more than words allow me to express, beyond proud to call you my daughter... Grateful for every second I get to spend next to you, as you become the incredible person I know you already are. Four years ago today my life changed forever and I wouldn't be the man I am today without you."

His upload which over 1.9 million fans have liked was soon flooded with messages from his supporters. "Four? I just sleep for one night," said one who was in disbelief. A second commented: "So proud of you. Khai is such a lucky kid to have a dad like you." "OMG she is so big Zayn," said a third.

Zayn previously opened up on his decision to raise Khai in rural Pennslyvania and had even decided while Gigi was pregnant. Speaking to L'Officiel, he said: "I pretty quickly made up my mind that this would be a great place to raise a child because there's so much for her to do here, so we do spend a lot of time outside." He went on to reveal that Khai is a huge fan of the outdoors and "loves to camp" with her dad.
