This Morning fans were quick to complain just minutes into the opening of This Morning on Wednesday.
During the latest instalment, hosts Cat Deeley and Ben Shephard opened the show with the classic Christmas hit It's Beginning to Look a Lot Like Christmas.
Cat, 47, and Ben, 49, revealed that there are 91 days until Christmas and as such they aired a segment where Britain's Got Talent winner, Sydnie Christmas, hosted a festive shopping segment.
Taking to Twitter, now X, viewers were quick to complain that it is too early for Christmas features as it's still only September.
One person said: "Not a countdown to Christmas #ThisMorning." A different account put: "It's not even October yet.... #ThisMorning." (sic)
Another wrote: "Why are they talking about Christmas? #ThisMorning." While a different account added: "#ThisMorning @thismorning The Christmas buildup shouldn't start until 1st December." (sic)
Elsewhere, another put: "Not Christmas yet! #ThisMorning." A different account wrote: "Remind me in November please, I couldn’t give a toss about Christmas now." (sic)
Another said: "Just tuned in and they are talking about Christmas #thismorning." While one more viewer added: "Sydnie Christmas doing an item about Christmas. In September #ThisMorning." (sic)
