But the star, 64, has done anything but that and has emerged looking younger than ever, sporting a glamorous new appearance following her split from ex-husband Eamonn Holmes. And fans are loving her fresh new look. While Eamonn, 64, has been seen out and about with his new girlfriend Katie Alexander over recent months, Ruth has been building herself up behind the scenes and now looks like a woman half her age.

The 64 year old recently showed off her hair transformation which she shared on social media, adding blonde highlights into her tresses, as part of her make-over. And it didn't take long before fans rushed to the comment section of her post. One said: "Beautiful. You look 10 years younger."
