Tasha Ghouri's sweet three-word message from boyfriend after breaking down on Strictly

Tasha Ghouri's boyfriend Andrew Le Page, couldn't contain his pride as he shared a heartfelt three-word message following her stirring performance on Saturday evening.

In the latest episode, 26-year-old Tasha and her dance pro Aljaz Skorjanec delivered a touching tribute to P!nk with a couple's choice routine to the anthem What About Us during the show's iconic theme week.

Before hitting the dance floor, an emotional Tasha opened up in a pre-dance clip about the deep personal meaning behind her song choice and the upcoming performance.

Following her compelling dance, Tasha was overjoyed to find out she had scored a whopping 39 points from the judges, leaving viewers at home reaching for the tissues, reports .

Strictly's official account posted a clip of the memorable moment with the caption: "What about Tasha and Aljaz's INCREDIBLE Couple's Choice! The sky really is the limit #Strictly."

In response, Andrew, who found love with Tasha on in 2022, expressed his admiration by commenting: "Well done baby" accompanied by applause emojis.

The emotional high continued as Tasha brought viewers to tears during Saturday's episode when she became tearful in a VT before her poignant dance. The former Love Island star disclosed: "This song is about feeling not seen or unheard. I was born completely deaf in both ears, and my parents found out when I was about 12 months old."

The Strictly sensation opened up about her experiences, sharing: "Being born into a hearing family was definitely difficult, they're the ones who had to really adapt their lifestyle around me, they started learning sign language which was beautiful", and revealed that her early introduction to dance helped her to "let go" and "just be Tasha".

She went on to say: "Two years ago, I went on a reality TV show, I was the first contestant with a cochlear implant and I really wanted to go on to show that even though I had a disability, I could still find love."

Reflecting on the aftermath of the show, she recounted: "When I left the show, I remember my dad sat me down and he looked at me, straight, and said Tasha there's a lot of horrific stuff that was written about you, especially on social media. There were videos made about my voice, the way I speak, it became a trend at one point."

Overcome with emotion, Tasha confessed: "It really hit me hard as I wanted to go on for representation and I felt like I failed not just myself but the whole deaf community."

But showing resilience, she emphatically stated: "I said you know what, I'm not gonna let them get me down, I'm going to use my platform and educate people."
