Woman films Benidorm from day to night - the difference has left people stunned

Send Push

A woman has revealed the stark contrast between Benidorm's tranquil daytime atmosphere and its bustling nightlife.

Known as a favourite destination for British tourists, Benidorm offers sunshine, affordable prices, and the renowned Calle Gerona - also known as 'the strip'. It is a haven for party-goers with over 150 pubs, shows, karaoke, clubs and even strip bars.

While it's common to see stag and hen parties making their way to the local pubs, the holiday spot also boasts stunning views, excellent restaurants, and serene beaches perfect for unwinding. The difference between day and night in Benidorm is striking, a fact highlighted by TikTok user Ellie Kelton.

Ellie recently travelled to the Spanish resort and shared her experiences. She posted: "Day V night Benidorm edition."

Her videos depict a peaceful daytime scene with people relaxing or strolling along the beach under the warm sun. However, her night time clips reveal a completely different picture, showing crowds of people dancing to rave music in a dark nightclub illuminated by strobe lights. Broadway nightclub was her favourite spot, which she and many others consider "the best nightclub" in Benidorm.

According to Ellie, the music caters to "something for everyone". Commenting on the video, one person enthused: "Love Spain, love Benidorm."

Another chimed in with: "Best place ever," while a third added eagerly: "Can't wait to go back," showing their affection for the popular holiday destination.

However, another commenter offered a less glamorous take: "Day is full old people in mobility scooters, night time all of p*** heads and trouble."

For those seeking a touch of elegance, the Selvatico bar has been wowing visitors. Perched atop the Primavera Park Hotel, this "distinguished oasis" boasts breathtaking views and an impressive infinity pool, making it the ideal spot for sipping chic cocktails and soaking up the panoramic vistas of the sea.
