Indian Army TES 54: This is a golden opportunity to become an officer in the Indian Army. This opportunity is for those youth who want to join the army directly after the 12th. If you dream of serving the country, then do not miss this opportunity. The Indian Army has invited applications for the 54th course of the 10+2 Technical Entry Scheme (TES). This course will start in January 2026. Interested and eligible candidates can apply online from 13 May 2025 to 12 June 2025. For this, it is necessary to pass JEE Main 2025.

Army Bharti 2025: Eligibility for Indian Army TES 54 Batch
Only unmarried male candidates can apply for this recruitment. Whose age limit and educational qualification should be as follows.

Age Limit- 16½ to 19½ years (Date of Birth between 2 July 2006 to 1 July 2009)

Educational Qualification: Minimum 60% marks in 12th class with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (PCM) subjects

JEE (Mains) 2025: The candidate must appear in JEE (Mains) 2025

Vacancies in Indian Army TES 54 Batch

There are a total of 90 vacancies in the TES 54 batch of the Indian Army. There is no application fee for this recruitment. The youth will be appointed mainly in Engineers, Signals and Electronics and Mechanical Engineers Corps.

Selection Process

First of all, shortlisting will be done based on 12th marks and JEE Main score. Then there will be a five-day SSB interview. Which will include psychological tests, group discussions and personal interviews. After passing this, there will be a detailed medical test. Then the final merit list will be prepared based on marks obtained in the SSB interview and medical test.

Training and Commission

After being selected for the Indian Army TES 54 batch, there will be a rigorous training of 4 years (3 years pre-commission training + 1 year) at IMA Dehradun. After three years, a stipend of 56,100 per month will be given. After completing the training, a commission will be given in the army at the rank of lieutenant. The starting salary will be around ₹ 17-18 lakh per annum.
