DLF has entered into an agreement to sell a tech park in Kolkata along with 25.9 acre land for Rs 693 crore to Srijan group.
In November last year, DLF Info City Developers (Kolkata) Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of DLF Cyber City Developers Ltd, the rental arm of DLF, had entered into definitive agreement to sell and transfer its Kolkata Tech Park 1 business undertaking to RDB Primarc Techno Park LLP ( An affiliate of Primarc & RDB group), for Rs 637 crore.
The tech park has over a million sq ft of leasable area and for FY23-24, the turnover for the park was Rs 86.26 crore, according to the regulatory filing.
Kolkata Tech Park 1 is one of the largest IT Park in eastern India with gross leasable area of approximately 1.49 million sq ft.
DLF is expected to double its rental income in FY26 with company accelerating capex commitments to fuel growth of rental portfolio.
Majority of the company’s rental asset is part of DLF Cyber City Developers Limited (DCCDL), a joint venture between DLF and GIC, a sovereign wealth fund from Singapore.
