PM Kisan Yojana: If the 18th installment has not come in the account even after 5 days, then know what are the reasons

The Government of India runs the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana for farmers. Under this scheme, eligible farmers are given three installments of Rs 2,000 each every four months and by doing so the beneficiaries get a benefit of Rs 6,000 annually. A total of 18 installments have been released under the scheme so far and this 18th installment was released on October 5. The benefit of this installment was given to those farmers who were eligible for the scheme. However, there are many farmers whose bank accounts have not received the 18th installment yet. How many farmers got the benefit?

The 18th installment was released on 5 October 2024, the benefit of which was received by a total of more than 9.4 crore farmer-beneficiaries. PM Narendra Modi released this installment and the installment was sent directly to the bank account of the beneficiaries through DBT. For this, a program was organized in Washim.

Whose installment got stuck and why?

Under the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana, benefits are given to those farmers who have got e-KYC done. This is the first and most important task to get the installment. Farmers who have not got this work done are deprived of the benefit of the installment. Therefore, this can be the first reason for your installment getting stuck.

The second reason for the installment getting stuck is not getting your Aadhaar linked to you. Actually, in this, you have to go to your bank branch and get your Aadhar card linked to your bank account. All the farmers associated with PM Kisan Yojana have to get this work done, but the farmers who have not got this work done are deprived of the benefit of the installment.

The installment of those farmers who did not get the land verification done also got stuck. It was already made clear by the department that it is mandatory for all the farmers who are associated with PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana to get this work done.
