Kerry Katona has revealed the truly heartbreaking reason why she 'keeps getting married' after tying the knot with three different men.
The former Atomic Kitten singer and Celebs Go Dating star, 44, recently appeared on Paul C. Brunson's podcast, We Need to Talk where she laid bare her heartache after recently splitting from fiancé Ryan Mahoney after six years together.
Following her unexpected split from Ryan, Kerry embarked on a journey to find love by joining E4 reality TV show Celebs Go Dating.
Before meeting Ryan, Kerry suffered her fair share of heartbreak at the hands of them she loved and trusted her heart with. The singer turned reality TV star has been married three times and has had a couple of relationships in between those marriage splits.

Following all of her heartbreak through her three marriages, Kerry has now confessed why she keeps wanting to get married. Speaking to podcast host Paul C. Brunson, Kerry revealed that her mother's bad luck in love had an affect on her throughout her childhood.
The former Atomic Kitten star revealed that her mum had number of short-lived relationships with men she was led to believe were her father. Things got so extreme that one of the men was physically abusive towards her and forced her and her mum to go into witness protection.
Kerry said she was put in 'unspeakable situations' as a child, that 'no child should ever be in, ever' as she described her troubled childhood.
The mum-of-five confessed that she went through four sets of foster parents and also lived in a shelter while her mum battled mental health issues and drug addiction. Opening up about the trauma she faced and still faces as a result of her difficult childhood, Kerry said: "But that was my normal, Paul.
"I did not know any different. Do you see what I mean? It took me a long time to realise that's why that happened, that's why I went for these men, that's why I wanted a father figure."
Kerry finally admitted: "I kept getting married because I was desperate to have a dad. It took me so long to realise I'm more than enough."
Speaking openly about how her childhood affected her adult relationships, Kerry said her traumatic upbringing was down to her mother being in and out of turbulent relationships with abusive men.
"There were always fights," she explained. "I mean, the things I saw my mum do I can't even repeat because it's so cruel. So cruel, some of the things I witnessed as a kid."
From 2002 to 2006, Kerry was married to Westlife Brian McFadden and they had two daughters together throughout the duration of their time together. Kerry welcomed daughter Molly, 24, in 2001, and Lily-Sue, 22, two years later in 2003.
Although their marriage appeared to be going from strength to strength, when an earth-shattering revelation came to light, Kerry decided to immediately dump Brian, 45. Kerry was left utterly heartbroken when it was revealed that Brian had cheated on her with a lapdancer at his stag do.
Brian later also cited fundamental incompatibilities, stating he woke up one day and realized he didn't want to spend his life with Kerry and they had nothing in common.

The next couple of years were marked by public criticism from Kerry towards Brian, though in recent years she has expressed a desire to have a more amicable co-parenting relationship for the sake of their daughters.
After her marriage with Brian, Kerry found love again with Mark Croft. One year on from her split from the Westlife singer, Kerry started dating taxi driver Mark whom she married on 14 February 2007. The couple later welcomed two children together, Heidi, 18, and Max, 17.
The couple split due to their relationship's volatility, which involved Kerry blaming Mark for contributing to her drug use, his admission of spending her money, allegations of infidelity on his part, and Kerry's own admission of having an affair that she stated "saved her life".
The former pair had a turbulent marriage, with Kerry blaming Croft's behavior for her depression, leading to a quick "unreasonable behaviour" divorce in 2011.
After ending her marriage with Mark, Kerry went on to find love again with George Kay but it would turn out to be her most turbulent marriage yet. Kerry ended the marriage after just one year due to George being physically and emotionally abusive.
The former couple, who had first met as teenagers, married in 2014 and had daughter Dylan-Jorge together, but separated shortly after their first anniversary in late 2015 due to allegations of assault, which resulted in George's arrest.
In 2019, Kerry was left distraught when she discovered that George had died as a result of an overdose.
After being unlucky in love for the past 25 years, Kerry is currently dating personal trainer Paolo Magaglione, 33, and has reportedly moved him into her home just two months after they met on Celebs Go Dating.
