star Charlene White has hit out at claims that is to blame over Brooklyn Beckham's rumoured rift with his family, saying that the finger is always pointed at the woman in a relationship. It comes after Brooklyn and his wife Nicola were seemingly absent from his dad David's 50th birthday celebrations at the weekend, fuelling rumours of rift within the family.
Speaking about the situation, Charlene said: "Speculation is swirling as it always does in the press and the fingers, as always in these situations, has fallen on his wife Nicola. For some reason, it's always the woman's fault. It's as if men don't have an independent thought," Charlene says. "They'll always blame women won't they."
She later said: "I think the assumption sometimes is that if there's family ructions and there's a married couple or there's a couple that's together, you find when people have conversations it's the woman's fault that something is happening.
