On September 15, she shared her postpartum workout journey, explaining that she focuses on 30 minutes of cardio on the stair master. Addressing public comments about her lifestyle choices, she said, “This is my third baby, and postpartum is a little different from my first two… I’m not doing heavy lifting, no muscle straining, squatting, none of that… just cardio,” according to People magazine.
