Strictly Come Dancing made its latest glamorous entrance on Saturday night, setting the stage for yet another dazzling couple to face elimination from the beloved dance contest.
In recent weeks, celebrities and their professional partners have graced the floor with spectacular themed performances, including the spine-chilling Halloween week and the memorable Icons week.
Yet this Saturday, November 9, marked a return to the usual high-stakes dance action.
Hosting the variety-filled BBC dance extravaganza were Tess Daly and Claudia Winkleman, welcoming both judges and hopeful contestants as they geared up to show off their newest routines.
But within moments of the show commencing, all eyes pivoted towards Tess Daly's sparkling ensemble as she flaunted a shiny one-shouldered green gown.
The presenter's glitzy attire had fans flocking to X, previously known as Twitter, with an outpouring of love for her look.
Admirers were vocal in their praise, with one viewer exclaiming: "Tess you look so beautiful my darling" while another confessed: "I'm in love with Tess' dress". A third chimed in with approval, saying: "Tess looks lovely tonight.".
Not everyone was swept away by the shimmer, though, with some viewers comparing her outfit to a sweet wrapper, one quipping: "Tbh Tess wearing a dress inspired by Quality Street wrapper every week brings me comfort."
Others humorously questioned: "Is Tess a lizard??", and cheeky comments about it being a "frocky horror".
Last week, Strictly swapped glamour for goodbyes as it said farewell to Olympic hockey star Sam Quek who sadly became the sixth contestant to hang up their dancing shoes after Icons Week.
She and her professional dance partner Nikita Kuzmin channelled their inner Taylor Swift for the themed evening, but their American Smooth performance only garnered a score of 29, failing to impress the judges.
In the dance-off, Sam and Nikita faced former Gladiator Montell Douglas and Johannes Radebe, who reprised their Waltz to Whitney Houston's I Will Always Love You.
The judges unanimously backed Montell after their performance, leading to Sam's departure from the show.
With just nine couples remaining, the competition is intensifying. The question now is, who will be the next to leave?
Strictly Come Dancing continues every Saturday on BBC One and BBC iPlayer.
