A star from GB News has ripped Meghan Markle's latest venture apart. The Duchess of Sussex has revealed a trio of new products under her lifestyle brand As Ever on Friday as she launched a Napa Valley rosé wine, an apricot spread and a new honey.
Appearing on Patrick Christys' show on GB News, showbiz commentator Kinsey Schofield had a lot to say about the product launch. She told the host: "From Palace to Pinot, I guess, the rebrand continues. The Duchess of Sussex is now dabbling in drinks, adding a 2023 rose to her ever-expanding brand. It's fitting because she has been whining for years! It's her first sip into the booze cruise, but let's be honest, probably not her last. The bottles drop July 1 via her As Ever website. No word yet on price tag, but I am guessing it's somewhere between Walmart chic and Montecito mark up. Word has it that it's best served chilled, like her relationship with the British royal family."

Speaking more about how the new venture has come to fruition, the commentator suggested that without the help of Netflix, Meghan's new product would not do well.
She said: "She claims that she's partnered with Netflix, so I'm assuming that they have the nice Napa Valley connections that help this actually get up and running, because everything else tends to stall."
Kinsey was then asked if she had tasted the wine yet, as she admitted she would be "avoiding it". "If she watches my commentary, then I imagine that there would be a little something extra in mine, so I'm going to avoid it. I value my life."
The rosé is Meghan's first foray into the wine market. The product has been sourced from the famous region of California, up the west coast from her Montecito mansion.
It has has been described by her brand as having notes of "soft notes of stone fruit, gentle minerality and a lasting finish" and a "bespoke blend" which is "launching just in time for summer entertaining".
Announcing the items, Meghan said: "We are pleased to share that many favourites from our debut As Ever collection are back - and, we've added something new. We hope you find some special treats that bring extra joy to you and your loved ones."
