managed to boost his fortune by £3.2 million in just one year, despite serious sexual assault accusations clouding his public persona. The newly submitted accounts to Companies House reveal that Brand's company, Pablo Diablo's Legitimate Business Firm Limited, now sits comfortably with over £8 million in assets. This financial growth occurred amid intense scrutiny over Brand's conduct, with 's Dispatches and The Times newspapers airing damning allegations against him.

Despite these grave allegations-which Brand firmly denies-YouTube's decision to suspend his monetisation seemed like a critical blow. However, Brand pivoted to Rumble, a platform that has allowed him to continue earning from his content. The switch came as a relief to Brand, especially after MPs suggested withholding payments in light of the allegations. Rumble responded fiercely, defending their stance: "We regard it as deeply inappropriate and dangerous that the UK Parliament would attempt to control who is allowed to speak on our platform or to earn a living from doing so.

"Singling out an individual and demanding his ban is even more disturbing, given the absence of any connection between the allegations and his content on Rumble. Although it may be politically and socially easier for Rumble to join a cancel culture mob, doing so would be a violation of our company's values and mission.

"Brand frequently leverages his verified X account, where he connects with his 11.3 million followers, to boost his revenue streams. The former Big Brother host not only shares content from his live performances but also profits from merchandise sales. Together with the fees from Rumble, these varied income sources have significantly bolstered his earnings."

Meanwhile, Brand, 49, has not shied away from the spotlight, recently launching a new series titled Breaking Bred, where he delves into discussions about his Christian faith. His first episode featured controversial figure Tucker Carlson.

This financial upswing comes at a time when the BBC has issued an apology following a review into Brand's tenure at the corporation, acknowledging that staff felt unable to raise concerns due to his influential status. Amidst this financial success, Brand faces serious legal challenges. The Metropolitan Police have charged him with multiple counts including rape, indecent assault, and sexual assault, concerning incidents between 1999 and 2005 with four different women.

The police detailed the charges: "In 1999 a woman was raped in the Bournemouth area. In 2001 a woman was indecently assaulted in the Westminster area of London. In 2004 a woman was orally raped and sexually assaulted in the Westminster area of London. Between 2004 and 2005, a woman was sexually assaulted in the Westminster area of London."

Brand, who is currently believed to be in the United States, has been summoned to appear at Westminster Magistrates' Court on May 2.
