The summer transfer window may not officially open until Sunday, but plenty of top Premier League clubs are at work to finalise deals to go through as early as this week. Manchester United are in the closing stages of snatching Matheus Cunha away from Wolves, while Chelsea appear to have won the race for Liam Delap.
Delap, whose £30million release clause became active when Ipswich were relegated, had been in talks with a host of clubs including United and Everton. But Chelsea's offering of Champions League football appears to have swayed the England Under-21 international.
The Red Devils will join Arsenal and Liverpool back in the market for another forward, with the likes of Florian Wirtz, Benjamin Sesko and Viktor Gyokeres all hot properties ahead of a busy window.
