Jaipur: Following the revised IPL 2025 schedule, the Rajasthan Royals vs Punjab Kings league match at Sawai Mansingh Stadium, Jaipur, has been rescheduled from May 16 to May 18 at 3:30 pm.
All tickets issued for the original match date of May 16 will remain valid for the rescheduled game on Sunday, May 18. "Fans do not need to take any additional action; simply bring their originally issued ticket to the stadium and enjoy the match," said a statement issued by the Rajasthan Royals here on Wednesday.
The match will start at 3.30 pm and will end around 7.30 pm. Both teams had a practice session on Thursday.
While Punjab Kings trained in the afternoon hours, hosts Rajasthan Royals side were nets and fielding drills in the evening.
Punjab Kings, captained by in-form middle-order batsman Shreyash Iyer, is well placed in the points tally at the third spot. They have 15 points to their credit from 11 games. The remaining three games of Punjab Kings will be played at the SMS Stadium in Jaipur. After the May 18 tie against hosts Rajasthan Royals, Punjab Kings will take on Delhi Capitals on May 24, while their last encounter will be against Mumbai Indians on May 26.
