Mangaluru: In the II PUC exam, a Muslim student achieved a remarkable feat by scoring 96 out of 100 in Sanskrit. Ashifa Hussain, who studied in the science PCMB stream at Narayana E-Techno School in Bengaluru, chose Sanskrit as her second language. She scored a total of 563 marks in the exam.
Originally from Kavu in Amchinadka in Puttur taluk of Dakshina Kannada, she is the daughter of Zakir and Khairunnisa, who works in Bengaluru.
