Meghan Markle, the Duchess of Sussex has become somewhat of a lifestyle and food influencer ever since her Netflix series 'With Love, Meghan' released on March 4th, 2025. The celebrity-turned-duchess has been sharing tips and tricks for cooking, gardening and hosting on her social media.
On May 30th, Meghan took to her Instagram to share a deleted scene from her Netflix show where she was demonstrating a kitchen hack she learned and wanted to share with her audience.
"There was so much goodness on Season 1 of ‘With Love, Meghan’ on @netflix that didn’t make it in, there just wasn’t enough time! This scene with sweet Randi Karin (@soulrefugespa) is especially fun as you think about summer entertaining tips and tricks,' wrote Markle.
She also suggested people rewatch the season as the team gears up for Season 2 this summer. "Great weekend to rewatch or catch up on the show as we gear up for Season 2 this summer and all the fun to come with @aseverofficial," she added in the caption.
Meghan's unique way of cutting a pineapple
In the video, the Duchess presented a new trick of cutting the pineapple which did not involve removing all its spikes first. She just cut around the wedges of the spike to pull out a bite of the fruit and have it.
"To make the perfect little bite you just follow the wedge. When nature has given you all the cues on how to have a taste of something how fun is that!" said Markle in the video.
She then moved on to teach Randi Karin, who was a part of the episode the same trick which the wellness therapist tried saying, "All right, is this gonna work?" and then did it successfully.
Internet reacts to Meghan Markle's pineapple cutting tips
Well, anything the former royal does goes viral all over social media. What differs is the way it is accepted- positively or negatively. Her new kitchen trick is actually being loved by people on the internet.
"Meghan is the ONLY ONE I have ever seen cut a pineapple like this. Meghan you’re simply the BEST" wrote a person on X.
"Let Her Eat Pineapple: Meghan’s Wholesome Instagram Is Exactly What the World Needs Right Now" added another commending her Instagram feed which features an array of gardening, cooking and family bonding posts.
Many even tried the trick and were happy to see it worked. "I just tried it, well I'll be darned! ✨🍍" commented an X user, "Why didn’t I know this ? Thanks for sharing" added another, as others asked for more such scenes to be posted.

A scene that didn’t made season 1, I’m in the mood for a #WithLoveMeghan rewatch with some pineapple. How about you?

A pretty Meghan Sussex with a pineapple, her vegetables, her flowers, her bees are things that drive the 🇬🇧media, workshy Willy, Kate dolittle, royalists & deranges mad. Why does the Duchess of Sussex’s joy of eating off her land/garden bring them such sorrow?
