Dwyane Wade and his wife, famous Hollywood actress, Gabrielle Union, have been married for more than a decade and have been successfully able to build a strong and a happy marriage. Recently, the NBA legend appeared on the show Today with Jenna & Friends as a co-host and revealed an incident that made him question a lot of things.

On the show, Today with Jenna & Friends, Dwyane Wade spoke about the time the couple went skiing and he was “embarrassed” about himself.
Dwyane Wade spoke about how once he fell while skiing, and he found it pretty difficult to stand up.
He said, “When I tell you I could not stand up. I looked back at my wife one time when I was on the ground floor snow…”
The NBA legend added, “And the way she looked at me, it was the most unattractive I’ve ever felt."
In the same episode of Today with Jenna & Friends, the NBA legend also opened up about his cancer diagnosis and the impact it had on him both emotionally and physically.
The NBA legend who is known for being one of the strongest and popular players in the league admitted that he was scared of feeling “weak” in front of his wife, Gabrielle Union, and their children.
Earlier Dwyane Wade opened up on his podcast about how he had gone for a regular full body checkup in December 2023 when doctors caught something unusual in his kidneys.
The NBA legend had to visit multiple doctors to understand what should be done and it was only on the recommendation of the third doctor that he decided to go through surgery.
As a result, a major portion of one of his kidneys was removed and tested, only to find out Dwyane Wade had Stage 1 cancer.
But everything worked out in favour of Dwyane Wade and the couple have continued to remain pretty happy in their lives.
