JAMMU: At least five Army personnel, including a Junior Commissioned Officer, were injured in a road accident in a forward area in J&K’s Rajouri district on Tuesday.
“Around 7.10am, a light vehicle patrol was returning to the headquarters at Galuthi when it skidded off the road in the Area of Responsibility in 49 RR’s 13 Sector,” an official said.
The injured personnel were rushed to the Army Hospital in Rajouri, where they remained under treatment.
The cause of the mishap was being probed, sources said.
