NEW DELHI: The Mahagathbandhan allies in Bihar on Wednesday unveiled a 10-point " Ati Pichda Nyay Sankalp Patra " aimed at Extremely Backward Classes (EBCs), ahead of the state assembly elections scheduled later this year.
