JAMMU: Over four lakh devotees paid obeisance at Shri Mata Vaishno Devi temple in Jammu and Kashmir ’s Reasi district during Navaratri, which concluded on Saturday.
“The shrine witnessed an overwhelming influx of devotees from across the country and abroad,” said an official from the shrine board.
The board unveiled a range of initiatives during Navaratri, including the launch of langar sewa at Ardhkuwari, enhanced healthcare facilities through Pradhan Mantri Bhartiya Janaushadhi Kendra at Bhawan, and a complimentary 11-minute virtual darshan experience.
With Dussehra , the sacred nine-day Shat Chandi Maha Yagya organized by the shrine board for world peace, prosperity, and human well-being concluded.
