Faizal Nisar , the accused, expressed remorse stating, "Bharat Mata ki Jai. I accept that I made a mistake, I will abide by what the High Court ordered me. A man was shooting a video and thus the reel was made. I agree that I made a mistake, I will never do this again. I also tell others to not make this mistake."

The Madhya Pradesh high court at Jabalpur granted Nisar bail on October 15, 2024. His release required a personal bond of Rs 50,000 and one solvent surety of the same amount.
Additionally, Nisar must report to the Misrod Police Station in Bhopal on the first and fourth Tuesday of every month between 10 AM and 12 noon until the conclusion of his trial. As part of his bail conditions, he must also salute the national flag 21 times and raise the slogan "Bharat Mata ki Jai."
Police Station in-charge Manish Raj Bhadauria confirmed Nisar's compliance with the court orders. "This was the first Tuesday as per the terms laid down for him. The accused came on time, saluted the national flag 21 times, and chanted 'Bharat Mata ki Jai.' I facilitated the fulfillment of the High Court’s conditions. As per the orders, he will continue reporting on the first and last Tuesday of every month between 10 AM and 12 noon until the trial concludes."

Nisar's adherence to these conditions will be closely monitored until the trial reaches its final outcome.
